Freezer Tip.

Do you want to not have all you nice dishes in your freezer?  Line the pan with plastic wrap and put it in the freezer and when it is frozen solid take it out of the pan.  Wrap it tight.  When you are ready to eat it, un wrap it and place it in a pan to cook.

Make your own diet meals.

It is hard to lose weight and the cost of the frozen meals that are healthy for you are out of control.  I have decided to try making my own diet meals and see how that goes. Usualy when I make freezer meals I make a family portion and though I try to keep it healthy I never know the calorie count.  I will make individual servings and know what I am eating.  I will let you all know how it goes
